Product warranty

Legal warranty of electronic products

Mduotech offers a legal warranty on electronic products purchased from our online store. The legal warranty applies to consumers as provided by law and covers any conformity defects that occur within a specified period of time after purchase.

What the legal warranty covers

The legal warranty covers conformity defects in electronic products purchased from our online store. A conformity defect occurs when a purchased product does not match the characteristics stated by the seller or does not meet its intended use. These defects must be present at the time of purchase or must occur within a specified period of time after purchase.

Duration of legal warranty Under Italian law

The legal warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. During this period, we are responsible for conformity defects that occur.

Resolution of conformity defects

If you encounter a conformity defect during the legal warranty period, you are entitled to several options:

Repair: You can request a free repair of the defective product. We will make every effort to fix the problem and restore the product to its original condition.

Replacement: If repair is not possible or not sufficient, we may replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product. The replacement will be at no additional cost to you.

Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible or proves unreasonable, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid for the defective product.
