What are the delivery timelines?

The timing of delivery of our products depends on several factors, including the destination of the order, the type of product purchased, and other labor causes. Our main priority is to ensure that our customers receive their orders in the shortest possible time, safely and accurately of course.

Generally the order processing time varies depending on the products selected and can take 2 to 4 business days barring unforeseen supply and warehouse issues. Subsequently, delivery time depends on your location, you will find on each product, in orders and in the shopping cart the approximate time for receiving the product. However, keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances, such as holidays, logistical strikes, or force majeure situations. For island destinations, however, delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 business days after the order is prepared.

It is important to note that delivery times may vary due to force majeure, unforeseen situations, or exceptional events that could affect the shipment and distribution of packages. These events may include extreme weather conditions, strikes, traffic problems, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

How is any damage handled during transport?

If, upon delivery, you notice that the package is damaged or opened, please follow these guidelines:

Reporting to the courier: If the outer package shows obvious signs of damage, such as dents, tears, or wet, take note of this and report it to the courier during delivery. You can also take photos or video as evidence.

Check the integrity of the package: After receiving the package, carefully open it and immediately check the contents. If the products inside are damaged or missing, note the specific details and photograph them for documentation.

Let's communicate: Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. Provide details of your order, photos of the damage, and a full description of the problem you encountered. It will also be helpful to provide your order tracking number or other documentation.

Do not throw away packaging materials: Keep all packaging materials, including boxes, padding, and tape, as they may be required as evidence during claim checks.

Evaluation of damage: We will carefully evaluate the information you provide and work with you to resolve the problem as appropriate. We may require additional information or documentation to support your claim for reimbursement or replacement.

Our priority is to ensure that the customer receives the products in perfect condition, but if any damage occurs during transportation, we will communicate with the customer as soon as possible to resolve the situation as quickly, correctly and professionally as possible.
