Who is eligible for the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for the consumer understood as a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried on. So you cannot exercise it if you are a professional understood as a person acting in the exercise of his or her entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity, or an intermediary thereof.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product within the deadline. You can do this yourself by logging in and going to the appropriate Return Request section. We also encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions below

For the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, we specify that:

The latter must return the good, using a carrier of its choice and at its own expense, without undue delay and, in any event, within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the seller authorizes the return specifying the destination address of the Product to be returned. The deadline is met, if the Customer returns the good before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

Important product return information

Please note that before returning a product that contains memory devices, you must take care to transfer the data contained therein to an alternative device and delete them from the device you intend to return.

In any case, following the return of the asset, Mduotech will proceed to carry out the remediation of the devices thus eliminating or rendering unintelligible any data still stored on them. Under no circumstances Mduotech.it will be responsible for the loss of data or deletion of data on the returned product or to the undue access of third parties to the data themselves.

Products purchased must be returned undamaged, undamaged, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and items in the original packaging (eg accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).

In case of NON-Apple smartphone, Tablet or pc it is necessary to disable the functions of “Touch ID”, access unlock PIN codes and disassociate the e-mail account.

In case of Apple smartphone, Tablet or pc it is necessary to disable the functions of “Find my iPhone”, “Find my iPad”, “Touch ID” and any access unlock PIN codes.

In case of decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation and in the absence of the above elements, Mduotech reserves the right not to accept the return or not to refund in full the amounts paid for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products and sealed computer software products opened by the consumer, sealed products that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and that have been opened after delivery, and custom-made or clearly personalized products.

Costs and conditions associated with the right of withdrawal

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you may be charged some costs, below you will find the table with the percentages of curtailment.

Parcel Rejection and Inventory and Handling Costs

In the event that the customer rejects the package or in situations where packages remain in storage for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., the customer's absence at the time of delivery or other handling issues), logistics-related storage costs will apply. These costs will be communicated to the customer and subsequently deducted from the final refund amount.

Specific information on the repayment method

    For purchases made by Wire Transfer, Cash on Delivery, or In-Store Payment, Mduotech will process the refund via wire transfer.

    For purchases made by credit card payment, the refund will be made by a reversal of the transaction directly to your credit card.

    For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be made via a credit back to your PayPal account.
